Robotic Welding

We use Robotic Welders to ensure a clean consistent weld every time. The welding torch is precisely controlled by a computer system which maintains an exact location, continuous speed and all other parameters automatically. This doubles our weld speed over that of conventional manual welding. Our fully integrated system enables us to provide products quicker and with improved fit and finish.

CNC Punching Center

CNC sheet metal punching machines allow sheet metal fabrication of short to medium run products without the need for expensive tooling. After careful review of our customers needs and present technology, we run a Trumph FMC(flexible manufacturing cell) press to help us achieve improved product quality and shorter delivery times for our customers.

16 Spindle Drilling Center

This custom designed and built drilling/tapping machine with sixteen individual drill heads are used to add speed and flexibility to our manufacturing process. Each of the sixteen units is individually programmable to raise and lower to produce multiple mounting hole patterns for equipment racks. Special tools allow the holes to be drilled and tapped in "one-hit." This one of a kind machine has had a dramatic impact on throughput and accuracy.

78 Spindle Drilling Center

Finally, for many years we have utilized a drilling/tapping machine which we affectionately refer to as the "hole hog." This machine has up to 78 spindles but, unlike the 16 spindle machine, all these spindles move up and down simultaneously. Uprights for equipment racks are produced with high efficiency by this high capacity drilling center.
